Resurfacing work at Irwin Drive welcomed by Moutray

ROADS Service have started preparatory work for a complete resurface in Irwin Drive, Lurgan.

And this has been welcomed by residents and Alderman Stephen Moutray.

Alderman Moutray MLA, who is an elected representative for the area and also a local resident, said: “I am delighted that Roads Service have acceded to my request to have Irwin Avenue and Drive resurfaced.

“Speaking as someone who uses this road every day I along with the many residents who had contacted me am all too aware of the fact that it has not been resurfaced for decades and the work is long overdue.

“A complete resurface was much needed and I know that every resident in the area will be appreciative of this work. I would like to thank Roads Service for their work in this regard.”
