Renowned bass player at Railway bar

WORLD renowned bass player Michael Manring returns to Lurgan on Friday for a show in the Railway Bar.

Last October Michael delighted his followers and won over many new fans with a musical masterclass in Brownlow House.

Musicians and lovers of music should make tracks to the Railway Bar to support and enjoy the work of this unique, very gifted, yet extremely modest instrumentalist

Michael is a protege of the late, great Jaco Pastorious of Weather Report fame and musical soulmate of Michael Hedges. His expertise in multi-style bass playing has seen him play on hundreds of records and release a handful of his own solo albums.

Wire & Wood proudly presents this eclectic, electric bass experience with Michael Manring.

The gig will be followed by a question and answer session. Doors open at 7.30pm and admission is 15.
