FEATURING an incredible soundtrack and an eclectic mix of cutting edge talent, Lisburn's Island Arts Centre proudly presents its sixth summer festival of contemporary music - Music Revolution '08.
The Futureheads, Juliet Turner, Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly, Fighting With Wire and The Panama Kings are just some of the fantastic bands to take to the stage across the six days beginning Friday, August 1 with Music Quest ‘08 - a battle of the bands co
ntest.

Tuesday, August 1 sees 2005 Meteor Award winning singer songwriter, Juliet Turner take to the stage with Brian Houston and Ben Glover in support.

Fighting With Wire are headliners on Wednesday, August 6 and the following night sees the arrival of The Futureheads who will be supported by Panama Kings and the winners of Music Quest ‘08.

Dublin outfit Messiah J & The Expert play on Friday, August 8 and the final day on Saturday, August 9 is headlined by Get Cape. Wear Cape. Fly with support from Two Door Cinema Club.

Festival-goers keen not to miss out on the spectacular location of Island Arts Centre combined with a great mix of intimate live performance and high presentation values are warned to get their tickets early.
