Oasis sell out

OASIS' biggest ever arena tour sold out within an hour of going on sale on Wednesday morning.
Over 180,000 tickets were snapped up by fans for the 18 shows across the UK in October including two gigs in the Odyssey.
Ticket websites for all the venues experienced huge levels of demand and box office phone lines were jammed when the shows went on sale at 9am.
A spokesperson for the band said: "The demand for tickets this morning was just immense. All the ticket sites slowed down severely but nothing crashed and the system worked very smoothly. We want to thank the fans for their patience and look forward to seeing you all at the shows.”
