OCEAN Colour Scene will play the Mandela Hall on Wednesday, December 10.
In the week that their album, ‘Marchin Already,’ went to number one and knocked Oasis off the top spot, Noel Gallagher very graciously sent Ocean Colour Scene his congratulations through a plaque on which he had inscribed, “To The Second Best Band In Britain.”

“And as The Beatles are the first best band in Britain,” vocalist and songwriter, Simon Fowler says laughing, “that was very nice of him.”

The Ocean Colour Story story should already be the stuff of legend; a rip-roaring rock’n’folk odyssey set to a backdrop of fifteen years of U.K pop culture at its very best.

Doors are at 7pm and tickets, £26, are on sale from Katy Daly’s and all usual Ticketmaster outlets. For credit card bookings and info call 0870 2434455 or book online at www.geturticket.com/ www.ticketmaster.ie
