Rachel scooped first place in the Country talent category at the annual Nashville ‘Star Search’ contest in 2007.

She also went on to take the first newcomer award, seeing off fierce American competition. Rachel shone in the three-day event at the Sommet Centre - a stone’s throw away from the world famous music row and the country music hall of fame.

The Country and Western Star who hails from Liverpool - another hotbed of musical talent - as a child demonstrated a passion for country music making her first public appearance at the age of five.
