WELL known DJ and producer Keith James makes his triumphant return to Toxic Tonic in The Ceili House on Saturday.
Playing live material for the first time as well as remixes and edits of well known club hits, this promises to be a night not to be missed. Add to that his unique, unpredictable, genre jumping style and technical ability and you truly have the makin
gs of something very special.

At Toxic Tonic Keith will showcase a talent behind the decks that has been an instrumental factor in his successful career. It is this technical wizardry that has seen him play at all the major events and club nights up and down the province.

When asked about his return to Toxic Tonic, Keith commented: “I am really looking forward to getting behind the decks at Toxic Tonic again. My last visit was really memorable. It's always a bit more difficult playing somewhere for the first time, you never quite know how the crowd are going to react to your sound. But they were up for it from the very first record and that settles you very quickly.

“This time round I really want to give them a night to remember for coming out and supporting me. And with the live stuff adding a new dimension to my set I think I'll achieve that.”

Toxic Tonic was started by DJs Simon McKee (Spliff Richard), Chris Dummigan (Vinyl Richie) and Liam Doherty (Ledoc) in the summer of 2007 after they had spotted a gap in the music scene in Lurgan. It also gave them the chance to play their music to an audience and make valuable contacts with others working in the local music industry.

In addition to profiling some of the top DJ's in Northern Ireland, Toxic Tonic will showcase the talents of rising stars and give local DJ's the opportunity to get out of their bedrooms and experience the challenges of playing in front of a crowd.
