Fatboy right here in May

BELFAST is set to rock as global icon and electronic music extraordinaire Fatboy Slim descends on the capital for a spectacular landmark event on Saturday, May 8.

Fatboy Slim, real name Norman Cook, will make history as the first artist to perform a concert at Giant’s Park located on the north foreshore of Belfast Lough.

Presented by PLM Promotions, the groundbreaking event will also play host to some of the world’s leading electronic music artists including Deadmau5, Kissy Sell Out, Zane Lowe, Sidney Samson (Riverside) and Thomas Gandey (Cagedbaby).

From playing to 250,000 people in his home town of Brighton to headlining Glastonbury and obtaining Number 1 hits, Fatboy Slim is both a pioneer and true superstar of his profession.

Tracks like ‘Praise You’, ‘Right Here, Right Now’, ‘The Rockafeller Skank’, ‘Gangster Tripping’, ‘Star 69’, ‘Weapon Of Choice’ and ‘Demons’ are just some of the smash hit records, number one tunes and Top 40 songs accredited to the English DJ/producer/live performer.

Now local music enthusiasts can dance under the sun to the party vibes of one of electronic music’s favourite stars as Fatboy Slim delivers a magical party atmosphere in the heart of the capital city.
