Busy time for MADS

The lead characters from Beauty and the Beast.

MOYRAVERTY Arts and Drama Society juniors had a busy time over Christmas preparing for there latest production Beauty and the Beast.

Show producer Kieran Corr stated: “We intend to have extra rehearsals over the Christmas period to make sure that the show is up to the normal high standard that we set ourselves.

“We have a great cast and production team for this show and we are all looking forward to January when we will perform the show to a live audience.”

The show opens at St Anthony’s Centre on Friday, January 25 at 7.30pm, then Saturday, January 26 at 3pm and the final two performances will take place on Sunday, January 27 at 2.30pm and at 7pm.

Tickets at £5 can be purchased from Print Business Supplies, Market Street, Lurgan, Raining Roses, North Street, Lurgan and St Anthony’s Centre.

MADS Kids for children aged five to seven returns on Tuesday, January 8 at 2.15pm to 3.30pm and new members can come along and join the drama society.
