MADS! recruiting new members
MOYRAVERTY Arts and Drama Society, based at St Anthony's Centre in Craigavon is on the look out for new junior members.
Registration takes place this Saturday. The minimum age is eight with the maximum for junior members extended to year 10 in secondary school.
The junior drama group members have just finished the production of Cinderella which was a great success, with Amy McConville from Lismore starring in the lead role.
The drama group thanked Jeremy Johnston for purchasing the dance costumes for the royal dancers in this production.
MADS! will now take in new junior members for 2010 with a further two to three shows planned for 2010 for this particular age group. If you enjoy singing, dancing and acting then you are more than welcome to come along and join.
Registration will take place on Saturday at 10.30am and the drama class will last to 1pm. If for some reason you cannot make it then you will have another opportunity on Saturday, February 27.
After this date there will be no more chances of joining until the autumn. The cost is 3 per child with a reduced fee of 2 per child if there is more than one from the same family.
