Stars In Your Eyes final

FRIDAY night sees the final of the 12th annual Senior Stars In Your Eyes at St Anthony's Centre.

A total of 15 acts came through the audition process and will take to the stage to see who will come away with the title.

As well as the prize money, Mogul Studios from Carn who have helped to sponsor the show will make a professional CD of the winning act.

Copycat acts such as Michael Buble, Leon Jackson, Shania Twain, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, Pink, Taylor Swift, Alana Miles, Josh Groban, etc will take to the stage.

The show will start at 7.30pm with an admission price of 5. A panel of judges will have to decide the top five acts for 2009.

Show producer Kieran Corr said: "I am delighted with the talent we will have on stage on Friday night. Stars In Your Eyes is still a good fun show to do and its always great to see the transformation in the performers to copy the star they want to be.

"I would like to thank Jonathan and Richie from Mogul Studies for helping with this show and for anyone to be given a chance to make a CD is a great prize. At the minute I have no idea who that will be as the title is certainly up for grabs this year."

Michael Halfpenny and Stephen McGeown will MC the show with guest performance from the top three acts from Junior Stars In Your Eyes. There is a pay at the door policy for this show and like most shows at St Anthony's the advice is to get along early to get a good seat. Doors open at 6.45pm.
