THE CHARITY car show held in Lurgan Park last Saturday has been hailed a ‘great success’.

The event was organised by Kingshill Community Development Association.

Deputy Mayor Cllr George Savage was in attendance and spoke highly of the well organised event and ably presented the winners with their respective prizes.

The organisers thanked Autoglym and Meguire’s for donating some of the prizes. Thanks also to show sponsors and those who donated prizes namely, Trader D’s Butchers, Waringstown, Ruddell’s Farm Shop, Waringstown, D Carson Tiling, Waringstown, DNA Carwash, Lurgan, Mrs Jo-anne Dobson MLA and Kenneth Johnston, Lurgan.

Additional thanks are extended to the judges, those who participated and to Leanne McShane of Lurgan Park for her help.

The NI Children’s Hospice are to benefit from this event.
