Assault appeal

POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an assault that took place in a car park outside commercial premises on the Newforge Road in Magheralin on Saturday evening.
A man and woman were assaulted by two male youths. The victims sustained minor injuries and bruising.
A passer by intervened in the incident and police are keen that he come forward and help them with their enquiries.
