POLICE in Lurgan are appealing for information about an assault.
It has been reported that a man aged in his 20s had been walking along Brownlow Terrace at around 1.30am on Sunday when he was assaulted by two or three men.

The incident took place between the school and the railway footbridge.

The man was treated in hospital for an injury to his mouth.

Anyone who witnessed suspicious activity or with information should contact police by calling 0845 600 8000, alternatively information about crime can be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
