New Waringstown retail development

A PLANNING application has been submitted to demolish the petrol station in Waringstown.
The plans will include the demolition of the station as well as the shop and houses at numbers 10, 24 and 26 Main Street.

The proposals will mean a replacement petrol station and shop will be built along with retail shops, a doctors surgery, pharmacy and 41 apartments in three story blocks with 70 underground parking spaces.

The applicant is McCormond Limited and the agent is David McMaster Architect, Portadown.
