Optical factory to be demolished

A PLANNING application has been submitted to demolish the Optical factory on the Avenue Road.
The land will then be used for 38 townhouses, 48 apartments along with the associated works including parking spaces and green areas.
The applicant is Crossbows Optical and the agent is David McMaster Architect.
