THE Corner House Bar, Derrymacash and local Blues Brothers, AKA Paul, Peader and Tom McConville have raised £2,115.50 for the NI Hospice.

The cash was raised for the Buy a Brick Appeal through a family fun day and Lap of Lough Neagh on June 8.

Over 30 riders took part in the Lap of the Lough returning to The Corner House for the fun day. Lead biker Paul said; “We are all delighted by the generosity of the local people (and not so local people) who came along to ride with us.

“Myself, my brothers and Roisin and Trevor from The Corner House Bar are motivated to make next years event even more successful and raise more funds.”

Thanking the fundraisers, Deirdre Melly, Community Fundraiser for NI Hospice said; “Our Hospice in Belfast is no longer fit for purpose and we need to rebuild.”
