ROYAL Mail is extending the opening hours of its main Enquiry Offices for Christmas.
Regional Operations Director, Michael Kennedy, said: “Royal Mail wants to make it easier and more convenient for people to receive the presents they have ordered online.”
“We are making it easier for customers to collect items if they haven’t been at home when we tried to deliver and their parcel is either too big to go through the letterbox or requires a signature.”
Royal Mail has also started running extra deliveries to try and ensure more items are delivered on the first attempt.
Craigavon will be open 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 6.30am to 5.30pm on Saturday. The office opens 6.30am to 3pm on Christmas Eve.
