Charity joins forces with Fitness Factory

Fitness Factory in Lurgan have teamed up with Cancer Focus Northern Ireland for a six week health and fitness challenge that will start in March to help you kick-start a healthy lifestyle before the summer - and raise vital funds to support local cancer patients.

Alan Campbell, gym owner, said: “We are really excited to have joined forces with our local cancer charity, Cancer Focus NI. The charity has a very active cancer prevention team, encouraging people of all ages to adopt a healthier lifestyle, so this is a perfect fit for us.

“The Focus Fit challenge is designed to create a healthy change in your life. It’s suitable for people aged from 18. ”

The Focus Fit Lurgan Challenge will kick off with an induction on Monday March 2017 at Fitness Factory, Lurgan, with Cancer Focus NI calling everyone who would like to take part to get in touch before the registration deadline on Monday, February 27.
