Two people have been arrested after drugs were seized during police searches in Craigavon.
The PSNI said a small quantity of suspected cocaine and a quantity of cannabis resin were recovered from a house in Drumellan Walk on Tuesday night (October 7).
Sergeant Alwyn Peters, Brownlow NPT, said: “A 40-year-old man and 42-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A and B drugs and preventing an NIE meter from registering electricity.
“They were later released on bail pending further enquiries.
“We can not tackle crime without the help of the local community and it is with your support that we are able to make seizures and conduct searches. I would ask anyone who has information about the sale or use of illegal drugs to contact us in Craigavon on the 101 number.”
