Curfew for five men facing charges over drugs offences

Five men, all aged in their twenties, have appeared before Dungannon Magistrates Court in relation to alleged drugs offences.

Jack Coleman (22) and Michael Evans (21) of Drumnamoe Gardens, Jonathan French (22) of Ashgrove Close and Shea Reynolds (20) Drumlin Drive, all in Lurgan, as well as Richard Greer Purdy (25) of Dunore Avenue, Moygashel are jointly accused of 
possessing cannabis and intending to supply on 28 April.

Purdy faces a further charge of concealing criminal property under the 
Proceeds of Crime 
Act.

A detective constable told the court he believed he could connect all five accused to the charges.

District Judge John Meehan ordered the men to have no contact with each other and abide by a curfew from 10pm to 7am.

Bail was set at £350 for each accused, and the case is due back in court on 8 
July.
