A Doggie Tea Party is being held in Lurgan Park this weekend to raise funds for the Animal Support Trust.

The tea party takes place on Saturday, March 25, running from 2pm to 4pm.

Cost is £5 per adult - with children and dogs free. Tea/coffee and cakes included.

There will be free doggie, tea, cake and treat bags for all our four legged friends.

The day will also feature a Big Bonio Hunt with the dog who finds the most Bonios winning a Big Dog Bonio Hamper.

Free doggie nail clipping and ear cleaning is also going to be available, courtesy of the Pets at Home Groom Room.

The day has been sponsored by Pets at Home with proceeds in aid of the Animal Support Trust.

The Trust is a non-profit organisation whose primary purpose is the advancement of animal welfare. It was set up last year by Lurgan woman Alison Lennon, with Lynda and Malcolm Hill from Omagh and Magherafelt woman Olive Hughes.
