LOCAL band Downcoil are back in the studio recording their latest EP which they hope to have ready for general release in December.
Recorded at Einstein studios, a prize they won when they came first at a local battle of the bands competition, the EP entitled ‘No More Tomorrow’ is a follow up to their first EP and sees them take a much more mature approach to their music.
The band have gone through some line-up changes of late and are also back on the road touring local venues with two new members.
They are set to play a hometown gig this Friday at The Premier.
Ably supported by two great bands in Eyes See Blind and Baleful Creed the line up is completed by the addition of local singer/songwriter Mick Hendron.
Downcoil would love to see as many of their friends and fans at the gig which starts at 9.30pm.
