Schools set to close due to strike

Due to industrial action some schools in the Lurgan and Craigavon area are either closed or partially closed.

Here is a list of those who are closing due to the strike on Friday March 13

There is also information on those schools which are open for some or all students.

St Francis’ PS Lurgan is closed

Lismore Comprehensive School is open as normal for senior pupils in years 12, 13 and 14. There will be no lunch or transport. Years eight, nine, ten and 11 are off.

Lurgan Model Primary School open on Friday until 12 noon due to no school dinners and no playground supervision.

St Patrick’s Primary School, Magheralin is closed

Ceara School is closed

St Anthony’s Primary School, Craigavon is closed

St Mary’s Junior High School is open to senior years 11, 12 and 13 who are to bring their own lunch. However juniors from years eight, nine and ten are not to attend on Friday.

St. Mary’s Primary School, Derrymore is off

St Pauls Junior High School is open to senior years 11, 12 and 13 who are to bring their own lunch. However juniors from years eight, nine and ten are not to attend on Friday.

St. Patrick’s Primary School, Aghagallon is closed

Tullygally Primary School is closed

St Brendan’s Primary School, Craigavon is closed

St. Teresa’s Primary School is closed.

St Michael’s Grammar School is open

Lurgan Junior High School is open

Bleary Primary School is open

Kings Park is open

Brownlow College is open

St. Patrick’s Primary School, Derrymacash is open

Maralin Village Primary School is open

Donaghcloney Primary School is open

Moira Primary School is open.

Southern Regional College is open

Waringstown Primary School is open

Drumgor Primary School, Craigavon is open

Craigavon Senior High School is open

Carrick Primary School is open

Lurgan College is open
