Peter Pan flies in to LurganTown Hall

Moyraverty Arts and Drama Society's production of Peter Pan will be performed four times in Lurgan Town Hall this weekend.

The show opens on Friday June 24 at 7pm, Saturday, June 25 at 3pm and thereare two performances on Sunday, June 26 at 3pm and 7pm.

Tickets for the performances are priced at £5 and are now on sale from Print Business Supplies Lurgan and Greenes Nisa Local at the Legahory Centre, Brownlow.

The part of Peter Pan - the boy who would not grow up - will be performed by Fionn O Hagan from Lurgan and Sophie Doyle from Aghagallon. Tinkerbell will be performed by Lurgan girls Orla McDowell and Grace Holland.

Wendy will be performed by Clodagh McWilliams and Maeve Scuillon, both from Lurgan.

Mads Senior member Chissy Corry will perform as the character of Captain James Hook.

Show producer Kieran Corr said “We have almost 50 of our members performing coming from 17 different schools on the stage this weekend.

“They are a very talented cast and the show should prove to be a perfect end of school year treat for the whole family.

“We will also be hosting our annual musical theatre summer scheme from Monday, August 15 to Friday, August 19 with a showcase performance taking place on Sunday 21.,” he added.

Application forms will be available at all the Peter Pan performances.
