'Centre staff very helpful'

With reference to your article in the Lurgan Mail, regarding the lack of cleanliness at Waves Leisure Centre I would like to air my views.
I have been using this Centre now for the past ten years plus, I have always found their staff very helpful and friendly.
The Centre is well used and staff are always cleaning, there may be times when floors or toilets would not be up to standards expected, but we the users must be aware that this is a public building.
I cannot understand why people visit these facilities to continually find fault and then run to the newspaper seeking publicity for something that could be rectified immediately on site by informing the very helpful staff.
Another point I would like to elaborate on is the fact that verruca’s don’t appear overnight.
