Police in Lurgan have arrested a man following an incident with what is believed to be an imitation firearm in the town on Sunday, May 18.
Police received a report of a man with a firearm in his possession on Market Street around 9.50am on Sunday, 18 May.
Officers attended and located a man with a firearm in his rear pocket.
The 31-year-old was arrested and the firearm seized.
It is believed to be an imitation firearm and has been sent away for further examination.
The 31-year-old man was subsequently released on bail pending further enquiries.
