‘MAIL’ lifts the lid on animal mess

IN this week’s ‘MAIL’ we talk to two local residents who have reached the end of their tether in terms of animal mess.

The comments from a Lurgan woman and a Donaghcloney man raise some interesting issues in terms of different legislation for dogs and cats in terms of fouling in public.
