Man arrested as murder investigation launched

A MURDER investigation has been launched after the body of a man was found in a flat in Portlec Place.

The body was found on Sunday morning. It is not yet clear when or how he died.

One man aged 21 has been arrested in relation to the investigation. He is currently helping police with their enquiries.

Detectives from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch would like to speak to anyone in the Portlec Place area between Friday, February 3 until 10am on Sunday, February 5.
