Presentation to Craigavon nurses
DOOLEY Harte and his daughter Rebecca recently presented £1,345 to the Mandeville Unit and £1,000 to Macmillan Care Services, both at Craigavon Area Hospital.
The presentation was made on behalf of friends and family of the late Anna Harte.
The donation to the Mandeville Unit was made in lieu of flowers at Mrs Harte’s funeral whilst the donation to Macmillan Care Services was as a result of a coffee morning held at Wolfe Tones GAC.
Speaking at the presentation, Mr Harte said: "The generosity of Anna’s friends and family has been astonishing and we would like to thank everyone for their time and efforts in helping raise this money. "Hopefully this small contribution will help others receive the same level of professional care that Anna did."
