Quads ride roughshod
DETAILS have just emerged of a quad bike riding roughshod over lawns in Aghagallon.
Police are appealing for information about the riders of a quad motorcycle that caused extensive damage to a number of lawns at Whitehall Gate in the village and was deliberately driven at a resident.
Police received a report on Sunday, January 24, that the quad, with two young men on board, was being driven recklessly across gardens in the area.
The driver also carried out a number of ‘doughnut’ manoeuvres on the lawns and drove at a resident who tried to approach him. The quad made off in the direction of the Aghalee Road.
