Retail plan given green light

APPROVAL has been granted for a new retail development in Craigavon.

The development, applied for by Windsor Securities Ltd, has been given the green light for land at Highfield Heights, Balteagh Road and Northway.

It will comprise a retail warehouse with garden centre, associated car parking, the provision of a new roundabout at Highfield Heights, the realignment of the Balteagh Road junction and the provision of a new cycle way.

One objection letter to the plan was received.

No details of who will be moving into the site have been made available by the applicant or agent.
