SANTA brought festive cheer to kids in hospital, making sure every good boy and girl got what they deserved this Christmas.
Rushmere Shopping Centre joined Santa in visiting the Children’s ward at Craigavon Area Hospital with sacks full of presents donated by the retailers at Rushmere.
Ward Sister Faith Farrell said: “It was great to see the children’s faces light up when Santa arrived. No one likes to be away from home at this time of year so it was great that he came to visit and cheered everyone up.”
Centre Manager at Rushmere, Martin Walsh, added: “We are always happy to help others and being able to bring a little Christmas fun to the children was great.
“So many of the retailers here at Rushmere were very excited and willing to help us make this visit a success which makes this something we enjoy doing every year.”
Retailers that took part included Debenhams, TK Maxx, Matalan, Poundstretcher and Easons.
