FIRST Lurgan Rainbows, Brownies and Fifth Lurgan Guides held a Princess Party at Brownlow House last week to mark the Queen’s Jubilee.

Queen Elizabeth II is the patron of the Guide Association and the local troop came up with the idea of the celebration to tie in with her Jubilee.

Girls and leaders dressed as princesses and enjoyed food and a disco at Brownlow House.

Taking centre stage at the event in the Castle was a castle of a different kind, baked by one of the mums to fit the Princess theme.

First Lurgan Rainbows, Brownie and Fifth Lurgan Guides meet on Thursday evenings at 6.30pm in the Jethro Centre.
