In a statement issued by the club’s executive committee they said: “The club will still go ahead with family entertainment for our members and friends in the clubhouse from 1pm to 6pm. Featuring kids disco and games, face painting, Balloon modelling and cartoon characters.”

The parade has been at the centre of a controversy after the DUP raised concerns over a band taking part, which is named after a Provisonal IRA member.
