St Vincent de Paul appeals for donations

More than 60 St Vincent de Paul shop committee members, area presidents and charity shop managers from across NI, including Lurgan, attended the third AGM recently.

SVP’s Regional President, Aidan Crawford, said: “SVP’s key purpose is to alleviate poverty and our shops play a vital role in this service.

“They are a lifeline to many who visit the shop to purchase affordable necessities and an important source of revenue for the charity.”

“We know that many people have clear-outs in the run-up to Christmas so I would ask them to consider donating items to their local St Vincent’s.”

Local outlets are at William Street in Lurgan, Tullygally Shopping centre and Moyraverty Centre in Craigavon.
