Mr Gabriel Ingram, defending, said Morrison’s father lives in Bournemouth and she was making arrangements to live with him.

Mr Ingram said she had been in a relationship with the injured party and now she was in a new relationship and her new partner would be going with her. He also said that Morrison had spent some time in custody on remand and it had been a sobering experience for her. She had no criminal record.

District Judge, Mrs Bernie Kelly, imposed a sentence of two months in prison, suspended for 18 months, and a restraining order for two years.
