FOR a great evening full of fun, food and fantastic music why not pop along to Craigavon Borough Council’s evening economy event in Lurgan - an al fresco event, not to be missed.

Taking place on Friday from 5pm to 10pm, Lurgan Plaza will come alive with a mixture of live music and delicious food to suit all taste buds.

You can dance the night away to the harmonious beats of the Martello Jazz Band and sensational country, rock and blues sounds of Paul Hull or why not have a bite to eat with friends or a romantic meal for two with your loved one, taking in the wonderful sounds and vibrant atmosphere of the town centre.

In addition, there will be comedy performances and a mouth-watering mini food court from restaurants throughout the town.

Palomo Bistro will be dishing up a mix of seafood and Italian dishes, Manfu selling a delicious Chinese menu, The Vintage Bar offering traditional cuisine and Love Coffee serving up tempting hot soups, delectable desserts and rich aromatic coffee.

Organised by the Development Department, this exciting event forms part of the Department’s ‘Regeneration and Revitalisation Framework’ aimed at promoting the wonderful evening economy and dining culture Lurgan has to offer.

Live musical entertainment will also be playing in venues throughout the town later that night.
