Connor Scott, who appeared on BBC’s The Voice, will be performing live in Lurgan on July 27 as part of Craigavon Borough Council’s “Discover Craigavon...this summer” campaign.
The talented musician will play live in the town centre between 12 noon and 2pm after Craigavon Borough Council teamed up with media partner Cool FM to organise a host of exciting summer promotions and events throughout July and August.
The ‘Discover Craigavon…this summer’ campaign will combine a mix of innovative marketing activity, pop-up events and delightful vouchers from local eateries and tourism attractions to bring some cheer to the summer holidays.
Cool FM Street Teams will be in Lurgan and Portadown town centres and at Oxford Island Nature Reserve between 10am and 12 noon each Saturday from July 20 to August 24 giving out promotional materials and vouchers for a wide range of tourism attractions, town centre eateries, the borough’s leisure facilities as well as the Loughside Cafe at Lough Neagh Discovery Centre.
There will also be pop-up entertainment dotted around Lurgan town centre each campaign Saturday from 12 noon to 2pm including street dancing from the Pamela Cassells and Fiona Bawn Schools of Dance, magic from the very talented Colm Fitzpatrick, live music from local musicians, giant versions of family favourite board games, balloon modelling, face painting and kiddie crafts to keep the little ones amused.
