Police in Lurgan, investigating public disorder in the town on 28 March this year have charged three men.

A 21 year old man has been charged with affray, possession of an offensive weapon and assault occasioning actual bodily harm to appear before Craigavon Magistrates’ Court today, 15 April.

A 44 year old man has been charged with affray and obstruction to appear before Newry Magistrates’ Court on 11 May.

A 46 year old man has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, obstructing police and affray to appear before Newry Magistrates’ Court on 11 May.

As is normal procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
