A Lurgan woman who knocked a motorcyclist off his bike was fined £120 last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for driving without due care and attention.
Patricia McConville (52), Monbrief Walk, Craigavon, was also given four points.
The court heard that on July 4 this year the defendant’s vehicle struck the motorcyclist from behind on Central Way, Craigavon. He received some muscle injuries.
A barrister representing the defendant said she had been driving for 26 years with no previous convictions and no points on her licence. She added her client called the emergency services.
