Ballymena North Karate Club seeks new members

BALLYMENA North Shotokan Karate Club is on the lookout for new members.

The local club, which meets in Ballymena North Centre on Fridays (6.45-8.15pm) practises the traditional Shotokan style of the sport.

Under the guidance of Terry Geddis, a 4th Dan Karate Union of Great Britain instructor, the club caters for participants from age five upwards.

The first session is free and anyone attending 10 consecutive sessions receives a free karate suit. A T-shirt and tracksuit bottoms is sufficient for beginners.
