The Lawn to stage final of Twenty20

Waringstown's The Lawn will provide the venue on Friday, August 12 for the Lagan Valley Steels Twenty20 showdown.

The clash between Lisburn and Waringstown is scheduled to start at 5 o’clock.

Three Waringstown players have been on duty this week for Northern Knights in the Hanley Energy Inter-Provincial Championships against NW Warriors.

Adam Dennison, Lee Nelson, Greg Thompson and Phil Eaglestone were selected for the Comber three-day meeting.

Dennison opened the fixture with a record-breaking double hundred on Monday - with the 19-year-old posting 206.
