Dillon agrees contract extension
The 24-year-old joined the Lurgan Blues from amateur Leinster League side St Pauls Artane in June and has never looked back since featuring in Glenavon’s Europa League ties against FH Hafnarfjordur.
“I’m delighted to sign on for another two and a half years, it’s a great club that’s on the up so it’s great to be apart of it,” said Conor.

Not many managers would have taken a risk on an amateur player so to get an extension on my contract is a bonus.” Conor established himself in the Glenavon team, settling in quickly to the pace of the Irish Premier League and manager Hamilton was delighted to agree a new deal.
“Conor has been one of our most consistent performers so far this season,” said the Glenavon boss. “He trains and plays the same way, with effort and determination to play and win. He’s young and will only get better.”
