Glenavon will complete their pre-season with a trip to Dublin next Friday.
The Lurgan Blues will play two games, against Swords Celtic on Friday night at 7.00pm and Skerries Town on Saturday at 1.00pm.
Manager Gary Hamilton planned the games at the end of last season.
“We went down last season and I felt it really worked for us and I decided to do the same again this year,” said Gary.
“We are staying in the same hotel and the games are just part of the idea beind it. We have a number of players now from the south and I feel it is an untapped area for us.
“Amateur players perhaps cannot go professional and train four nights a week so we can give them an opportunity to play in the Irish League.
“We have Adam Foley, Tiarnan Mulvenna and most recently Conor Dillon coming to us from the south and by playing games down there you might get a chance to pick up more.
“Before we got Conor I had been looking for a centre half from the Airtricity League but I had been quoted £400 a week and that is just not possible at Glenavon.
The Triangle Glenavon Supporters Club AGM takes place this Friday 1st August at 8.00pm in club rooms.
