Free karate classes during August

SEVEN Towers Leisure Centre Karate Club is offering FREE 'come and try it' sessions during August.

There will be separate classes for children and adults.

Those interested can train at the club during August for all classes Free of charge.

At the end of August the individual will be offered a club membership but if they have discovered that karate is not for them they will have no obligation and owe nothing to the club. After a full training month they will know what they want to do.

No special clothes are needed to start. A tracksuit and loose fitting t-shirt will suffice.

Later if a karate Gi/suit is required this can be purchased for a reasonable fee at the club. Beginners will be coached separately in a non threatening environment.

The classes are held in the Minor Hall Seven Towers Leisure Centre each Wednesday.

Children start at 7pm and finish at 8pm. Minimum age to start is 5 years old.

Teenagers and adults start at 8pm and finish at 9.30pm. No maximum age.

The club has a strict policy on punctuality.

Anyone wishing to try should arrive 15 minutes before start time.

Black Belt male and female Coaches are available for all classes.
