Junior tennis festival begins next Monday
BALLYMENA Lawn Tennis Club is preparing for its annual Junior Tennis Festival.
The event will take place at the People's Park courts from next Monday, August 11 until Friday, August 15.
The festival is supervised by the club's fully-qualified coaches and is open to all standards of player from six to 17 years of age.
Cost for the week is 28 per person and entry forms are available from Ballymena Tennis Club, People's Park pavilion and The Braid information office.
Meanwhile, the club is also holding adult coaching for beginners and improvers. It will run on four nights - August 5, 7, 12 and 14.
Cost is 20 for club members and 25 for non-members. New players can qualify for club membership discount.
