Shotokan classes at Ballykeel

SHOTOKAN Karate is coming to Ballykeel Community Centre.

Classes in the traditional style of the sport will be held every Thursday from 7pm-8.30pm.

Under the guidance of Terry Geddis, a 4th Dan Karate Union of Great Britain instructor, the first session is free and anyone attending 10 consecutive sessions receives a free karate suit.

Terry also runs classes in Ballymena North Centre on Fridays (6.45-8.15pm) and Ahoghill Community Centre each Saturday (4-5.30pm).
