PUPILS from Ballymena Primary School were served up a treat recently with a fantastic tennis coaching course.
The annual tennis coaching programme organised by Tennis Fundamentals Ltd. will be starting shortly and this year is being sponsored by David Prentice BMW.

The popular courses, now in their fourteenth year, provide children, aged four upwards, with the basic skills of tennis presented in a way which is fun. Each lesson contains games and fun exercises combined with quality tennis instruction.

The eight-week Ballymena course takes place at the People’s Park on Wednesdays from May 7 until June 25.

The lessons for children under twelve are usually the most popular as the specialised mini tennis equipment used give young players a great start to the game it terms of both having fun and learning the skills.

Lessons are however available for older children and there is also a beginners and improvers class for adults which is generally very well received

Most children will receive information through their local schools but details of all the classes are also available from www.tennisfundamentals.com or by phoning 028 9267 1944.
