The chaplains, captain, officers and boys of 1st Waringstown Boys’ Brigade are extending a very warm invitation to past members, past leaders, friends and supporters to join them for their special dinner and parade as part of their 75th Anniversary celebrations.

On the evening of Saturday, November 15, there will be an anniversary Dinner in Brownlow House. Past members and friends are warmly invited to take a nostalgic trip down memory lane and enjoy an evening of fun, fellowship, reminiscing and great food.

On Sunday, November 16, 1st Waringstown BB will be parading through the village to the Presbyterian Church for a special service. The current company would be thrilled to have as many past members and leaders as possible join their ranks for the afternoon and parade with them on this very special occasion.

Other events during a hectic week of 75th celebrations will include a Company Section visit to Parliament Buildings, Stormont kindly hosted by local MLA Joanne Dobson, and a reception at Craigavon Civic Centre hosted by Mayor Colin McCusker to recognise the recent success of an expedition to the French Alps by Waringstown BB’s Gold Duke of Edinburgh participants.
